**Lesbos Island Gate Visa - FERIBOTBILETI.COM**

For this procedure, guests are required to submit the following documents to the FERIBOTBILETI.COM Izmir main office at least 7 days before the date of entry to Lesbos Island:

- Photocopy of the photo page of your passport (passport must be valid fCopyor at least 3 months and not older than 10 years)

- 2 biometric photographs
- Front and back photocopy of ID card
- Round-trip ferry ticket (return trip must be specified, open tickets are not accepted)
- Confirmation of paid hotel reservation (names of visa applicants must be stated on the reservation document)
- Contact information (phone number, occupation, and residence; a note should be included in the document package)
- Fully completed and signed Gate Visa Application Form
- Photocopy of any Schengen visa issued within the last 1 year, if applicable

**DETAILS:**
- The total cost of the visa is €95, which must be sent to the FERIBOTBILETI.COM Izmir office along with all documents.
- If one family member is an EU citizen, the non-EU Turkish passport holder will pay a fee of €45.
- Only Turkish passport holders are eligible for the gate visa.
- The visa fee for children aged 0-18 is €45, with the same documents required.
- There will be no refund if the visa is rejected by the Greek police.
- If the traveler does not board the relevant ferry for any reason, the visa application will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the passenger.

**WARNING:**
- Passengers with gate visas will not be accepted on evening trips to Lesbos Island (after 14:00).
- Gate visa application allows for a maximum stay of 7 days and is valid for a single entry.
- Individuals with entry stamps from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in their passports cannot enter Greece.
- Gate visas will not be issued to individuals born in the TRNC.
- Applications from individuals previously denied a Schengen visa will not be accepted.
- The gate visa is valid only for the island you applied for; entry to other islands is not permitted.
- Applications with incomplete documents will not be accepted, and all responsibility lies with the passenger.
